1875U Upholstered Quaker Dining Chair

The iconic Ercol Quaker Dining Chair has clean lines and soft curved edges. The chair back arch is steam bent from a single piece of ash shaped to give its subtle and elegant profile, with spindles for added support. Traditional wedge joints fix the legs to the seat. This is where a wedge is inserted into a cut, before the leg stump is sanded flush with the seat. This creates a lovely design detail and a very strong joint. The Upholstered Quaker chair is finished in your choice of lacquered wood finishes or a black painted finish, and has an upholstered seat available in a choice of fabrics.
