MATTRESS

• Two layer hand-nested calico pocket spring construction, with 2520 springs in 150 x 200cm size (5ft x 6ft 6in)
• Spring tension: available in Soft, Medium, Firm, Extra Firm tensions (or combinations in 4ft6 and 5ft sizes)
• Made exclusive from natural fillings: British fleece wool, hand-teased horsetail blended with real Shetland wool, silk and mohair, blended real Shetland wool and cotton
• Finest quality ticking with hand-tied woollen tufts and twine
• Borders upholstered with coir and wool
• 4 rows of hand side-stitching, horizontal handles and air vents
• Overall mattress depth: 23cm + 6cm doming (+/-2cm)

• Solid timber frame (made from FSC™ certified timber)

When choosing your divan base it is helpful to know the following:

Vispring bases come in 3 different heights - 31cm High Sprung Base, 25cm Low Sprung Base or 17cm Shallow Sprung Base (usually on legs)
Divan height is from the bottom edge to the top edge (excluding castors or feet/legs). 'Doming' effect of upholstery fillings will add approximately 4cm to the height if measured at the centre. Shepherd Castors will add 7cm, Locking Castors will add 8.5cm to the height from the floor to the bottom edge of the divan

Drawers are optional with a divan base. Vispring drawers blend into the divan's design, offering a discreet solution to keep your bedroom organised and clutter-free.
Available on the 31cm high divan base, there are a range of different configurations for you to choose from: Standard size, Continental size (smaller to allow for a bedside table) or large Foot End drawers. You can have drawers on both sides, or Left or Right Hand Facing only.  

There are many feet/leg styles to choose from, enabling you to create a really bespoke bed. The options can be rather overwhelming, so do get in touch if you would like some advice.
